Barbara
Trapido
Sat Mar 1, 2pm, Roysse Room, Guildhall
Tickets £6 - places limited
We
are thrilled to announce that much-loved author Barbara
Trapido will be an honoured guest at the Abingdon Arts
Festival. Barbara is a bestselling author who receives not
only critical acclaim, but whose novels are great word-of-mouth
recommendations.
She
has hardly put pen to paper without being nominated for an
award, from her first novel, Brother of the More Famous
Jack to Frankie and Stankie, nominated for the
Booker Prize. Barbara Trapido has not published a new book
for three years, so any new book from her is a major literary
event, and she has promised to read from her current work
in progress.
